Shipping Policy

Orders can be shipped both domestically within the United States and internationally.

Customers located in the Columbus Metropolitan area may qualify for same-day pickup or delivery once their order is completed.

Premade rugs from the Katalog typically ship within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Kustom rugs are handmade from scratch and typically ship within 1–3 weeks after purchase, depending on the size and complexity of the design.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all Kustom rug sales are final and non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged.

Refunds for premade rugs from the Katalog are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the rug is returned in its original condition without significant wear or damage.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Cancellation Policy

Kustom orders may only be canceled and refunded before the creation process has started.

Once production has begun, deposits and payments become non-refundable due to the time and materials invested into the piece.

Kustom Orders

To place a Kustom rug order, please complete the form on the Kustom page. Once the design, size, and pricing are confirmed, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins.

Kustom rugs typically take 1–3 weeks to complete depending on the design and workload.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before the rug is shipped or delivered.

Care Instructions

To preserve the quality and longevity of your rug:

• Keep rugs in low-traffic areas when possible

• Do not machine wash

• Spot clean gently using mild soap and warm water

• Avoid excessive moisture or prolonged direct sunlight

Because each rug is handmade, slight shedding and small variations in texture may naturally occur.
